Paterno, former Penn State assistant coach and current Penn State University trustee, is a longtime champion for women’s sports. As co-founder of Penn State’s groundbreaking NIL collective Success With Honor, he helped secure Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities for athletes across all 31 varsity sports, men’s and women’s alike. He’s also the father of two daughters who played collegiate sports.
