New Brunswick addiction treatment center expands its Telehealth offerings to continue battling addiction amid COVID-19 pandemic

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ, March 31, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ — SOBA New Jersey, a premier addiction and mental health treatment center, has expanded its treatment offerings to include telehealth services in order to continue treating clients suffering from the deadly disease of addiction during these times of shared challenge.

SOBA’s Telehealth treatment allows patients to connect with a treatment specialist from the comfort of their own homes. Patients can chat with a therapist from a phone, tablet, or computer, join scheduled group meetings from home, and maintain their recovery while social distancing.

The Telehealth program allows SOBA New Jersey’s treatment team to team use video chat, call, and messaging software to connect with patients one-on-one and hold group therapy sessions. The Telehealth sessions are pre-scheduled, secure live streams that are lead by one of SOBA’s expert clinicians.
